Our team has worked in commercial window coverings, measuring, supplying, installing, servicing, and coordinating shade packages on active construction projects.
The Gap
After years with the major shade brands we kept hitting the same issues: unpredictable lead times, limited control over production, restricted finish options, and specification support that did not reflect site realities.
The Shift
COVID became the turning point. Major order delays exposed how much projects depended on outside supply chains, and pushed us to accelerate the shade system we had already been developing.
Sentry
Sentry gives specifiers a North American-made roller shade system that is reliable, clear to specify, practical to install, and flexible enough to support the design intent.
We built the solution we wished had existed.
